I'm trying to substitute current foods for healthier choices. I'm already drinking almond milk reduced sugar to substitute cow milk. Any other substitutes like for flour or other things frowned on?
One major problem for me is having people around me who minimize my need to be healthier and to loss weight. I start eating more because I start believing that it is okay and no harm done. Afterwards, I feel guilty.

I'm having to isolate some from those in my home because I have relapsed into bad eating habits because they still enjoy foods I used to it. Hoping detoxing will kill the urge.

Thanks for mentioning the juice. I do drink water but sometimes I put flavoring in it. How bad is that?
I love dailyburn. I'm part of the ignite program as well but I can't seem to stick to the ignite program. I am doing dailyburn beginner because it has been a long time since I worked out. I love dailyburn and consider it an alternate to going to the gym to a yoga, pilates, or whatever other kind of class. I have found out that doing dailyburn in the mornings gives me more energy throughout the day.
I would eat for fun or delighting in the taste. I have learned to split up any junk food immediately. Whatever the individual serving is, I put in a snack bag so I can eat everything in the snack bag and it will only be one serving.
