Not good news... :-( I really kind of liked them. It was fun to see new ones pop up. Some days you need every kind of boost you can get. Thanks for the update!
Like PMartin said the important part is to be consistent. You would be surprised how much of a difference wearing jeans, sweatshirt, and shoes can make from wearing shorts, t-shirt, and barefoot. Ideal would be to have a well calibrated scale at home and schedule a consistent day/time and wear the same type of clothes (like your favorite workout clothes) when you do it that way your get the a more accurate idea of your progress. Your weight can fluctuate wildly during the day so scheduling a day/time (like Monday morning when you are getting ready for work) helps keep your tracking more consistent.
It is a type of grain native to south america. You can use it like rice, and there are some companies that make flour and pastas from it because it is gluten free.
I was wondering about this myself. I noticed a few hours ago that points, rank and badges had vanished from my profile.
I guess it would really just depend on his personality. Is he a competitive type of person? Maybe make a bet with him that he wouldn't be able to keep up with you on your workouts or something like that. Or maybe just the motivation of it being a way for the two of you to spend more quality time together. Whatever motivates him on a normal basis there should be a way to hook that into working out. You just need to find the right bait to lure him in.
I am disabled so I feel your sticker shock pain on good produce. In my area Walmart (Supercenter and Neighborhood Market) seems to have the best price. The produce also seems to be fresher than a lot of the other stores in the area. If there is a farmer's market in your are you may also look around there, sometimes the prices can be high but sometimes you can find some good deals and support local grown at the same time, also there is the bonus of the extra exercise and fresh air wandering around looking at the stalls. :)
My vote has to go for Cody. They are all really good, but Cody's personality really keeps me motivated to keep going when I want to hit pause and sit down.
It would be really nice if there was a way to mark some of my favorite workouts in the daily burn app on roku. If I am short on time and want to do my favorite yoga before I have to run back out the door it would just save time to not have to search through all the other videos to find it. I know it is not a huge hassle, just saying it would be a nice feature if it was added.
