I am training for a marathon. During my long runs I use to use jelly beans or babies to keep me going. Can anyone suggest an ignite friendly and easy to consume running snack?
Well done Sail, that's great work. Are you doing the DB vids too?
I have only stared this week, so too early to report my success.
Sorry, should ready you don't post outside the US.
You don't ship outside the uk. What alternatives exists on the UK market for both shakes and supplements ? The list of things you need and don't need to look for in alternatives is helpful but it seems like a lot of groundwork for something you already probably have the answer for.
Thanks for your help Sail, your a star.
I think the Rainbow light powder is a little short on the protein, so will try the Vegasport until Fuel becomes available. . However, Rainbow do have a multivitamin which i think covers most bases.
Hay Nurotic, I was having the same problem. Think I might try a few sachets of vegasport and rainbowlight. I think they conform to 6. The rainbow light multivit (the prenatal one) is the closest thing I found regarding the supplements. Please keep us informed on how you get on.
I can understand dailyburn wishing to push their own product, I do exactly the same. I just wish they offered alternatives for those customers in countries they had not considered.
Ok thanks Andy. What would you recommend as an alternative sold within the UK?
Andy, any plans to ship to the UK?
Cheers Nurotic, great help.
Thanks Sail, that's a great help. I shall have a shop around to see if I can find it anywhere.
I don't suppose you know anything about the supplements? I see VegaSport do supplements, do you think they would be suitable?
Thanks again, this is all completely new to me and I'm feeling a little out of my own depth.
