Great. I started a few months ago and I really like it too. It's helped me to stay consist with my exercise.
Cool. Thanks for answering my question. I understand. The full mobility does have that whole rocking on to your back bit.
I think that I can do the DBKs with the kettle ball. On a whim I also tried Kiera's Move15 dance around the world. It was categorized as "easy" and I was able to do with some modification. It's all standing upright and the moves are simple to follow. It's empowering to try something new and succeed. How long have you been with Daily Burn?
routine. What do other people do to warm up? Does anyone have any suggestions?
That's an easy one: No! I use the "discovery" feature all the time to do workouts from the recovery program. It is does not disrupt the current program I'm working, Cardio Sculpt. It's true that you can't do two programs concurrently. But you can certainly do workouts from any program in the "discovery" feature without affecting your present workout calendar.
If it's just a sound, then you're fine. It means that you're hips are tight. Go slow and proceed at your comfort level. If you're joint it popping out of the socket, that's a a concern and you'd need to see your doctor. Since you said it didn't hurt, it seems like the first one. Is this helpful?
I had the same question! I'm so glad to hear your answers. I'm going to check out both Total Cardio and Inferno and see which I prefer to start next.
Could you be more specific? What do you mean by "no changes"? No changes in weight? Overall strength? Cardio capacity? And what types of changes are you looking to make? A lot of questions, I know. But I think these will help to you to get toward your goal. :)
