Who doesn't want a dancers body and flexibility right!?!! lol! There are gyms near me that do ballet barre workouts and it seems really awesome other than it costs an arm and a leg!
Like others said 1-2 pounds per week is the best. You tend to gain weight back quicker if you lose a lot at one time. It's more unrealistic I guess. You definetly want to loose it in a safe way too though, diet pills are only temporary weight loss and that's if they even really work. You can do if you just set your mind to it!
These are all really awesome ideas!! Thank you so much for your help!
I have that problem when I work out because my joints are pretty beat up from competative dance and soccer when I younger. Typically I try to avoid a workout that will put extra stress on what ever was stressed the day before to give it some rest and I ice. You shouldn't really be sore joint wise more than 2-3 days though.
So I'm a full time student and a full time employee and commute about 3-4 hours a day. I don't have a lot of time to cook meals that take more than 20 minutes. Anyone have any quick, easy and healthy meal ideas? I'm always stuck at the same 140 and I need to get rid of it quick for my wedding in a year!!
I used to do ballet and always miss it and the stretches and warm ups, I think this is ana amazing idea!
I think it's smart that your changing the foods your taking in first and then adding in the workouts, that always smart and your more likely to stick with it! You'll see weight come off when you start working out too. I know I always go up a pound or so right before that special time and it always goes away. Give it some more time, you'll see results!! :)
