I just completed Hydraulic Lower Body for the second time. The first time, the popup said I burned 368 calories, and this time it said I burned 510, How is it calculating calories burned and why is it so different? My weight is pretty much the same, and the video suggested I follow the modified workout both times.
When do you stop retaining water and start actually losing weight? I've been working out every day for more than two weeks and I've gained 3 pounds. My measurements are the same. Kinda discouraging, except I can feel the difference in my muscle tone and I feel super energized! I'd love to see a corresponding drop on the scale!
I just want to encourage you to quit whenever you are mentally and emotionally ready and keep in mind that the withdrawal symptoms you experience are temporary and mean that your body is getting back to learning how to live life without nicotine. I'm quitting too - we can do it!!
