I have suffered from constant headaches for the past several years. Eliminating caffeine from my diet reduced the pain, but it is still there, all the time. (Yes, I've consulted countless doctors, have had every test done, and everything is inconclusive.) I'm curious if other things in my diet are contributing factors. I'm hopeful that my headaches will go away on Ignite, but I don't think that they will - and worst-case scenario, I lose a few pounds and learn some great healthier recipes!
I'm making my own peanut butter, and want to give it a bit more zing by incorporating cocoa powder. I think it's OK, I've seen recipes calling for cocoa nibs, but just want to double check. Thanks!
I do a total fruit/veggie smoothie (beets, spinach, kiwi, berries, etc) and my Blendtec is awesome. Purees everything into a super-smooth deliciously filling breakfast. I've been doing this for months before I even started Ignite.
