I want to get rid of the excessive belly fat, especially that in the lower abs. It just disgusts me to see it sitting there like a bowl of jello. I hate it. What kinds of exercise can be done on the lower abs aside from crunches and scissor kick which i am doing that will tone that area up quick. I am exercising doing both cardio and crunches and see very little results, not to mention changing my eating habits. ANyone out there have some type of routine you can do at home that will produce results?
Is it normal to gain weight instead of losing it. I am exercising both cardio and regular exercises, and I am using the tracker to keep within the caloric intake, and I am gaining weight not losing. i did the body fat calculations, and I have increased that too. What am I doing wrong?
What kind of cardio exercises can you do when you have a foot injury? I have a injuries to my feet and am told that dieting without cardio, will do very little. I have tried to run and even walk, but am finding that my muscle in my calf and my feet really hurt alot. So what am I can I do to maximize cardio so as to drop some weight around the midsection?
I kind of wish they had some step aerobics or aerobic videos.
How long does it take before you start seeing a change in your weight?
I just started this program, so I, havent lost any weight yet. It is a bit early, but yesterday, I ate mostly fruits and vegetables and was over in calories. I just stayed hungry, so when the hunger hit, I'd pick up a piece of fruit - grapefruit, orange, banana, apple and yes, even delicious baby carrots. Really the only thing I ate that could classify as bad is 4 slices of bread. To tell you the truth, i was way over in calories and I couldnt believe the carbs/saturated fat in things like milk and and bananas. It kind of concerned me because i am not hitting the target numbers like i would like.
