Agave nectar is low glycemic and is healthier than normal sugar. However, they want us to not use added sugar of any kind for 21 days.
Just one tablespoon of almond butter has over 100 calories, as does one banana. That's a high calorie, high fat shake.
I thought soy was off limits?
