I just joined Daily Burn and just finished my second day of the 15 program. Over the last year, I have been very inconsistent with going to the gym. I am hoping I will stay consistent with DailyBurn (2 for 2 right now…lets keep it going!). I also tend to have issues with my appetite, I'll get hungry at around midnight, 1 am and come get something to eat, be it real food or be it junk food. Anybody have tips on how to control myself so I won't eat anything bad for me so late at night?
I usually go to sleep anywhere between 11:30 and 12:30. Part of my nightly routine, however, is to watch a few shows to de-stress, but now that you both mention it, I usually feel the "need" to eat when watching TV. I will try and change this to do something more productive. Thanks!!
I just joined DailyBurn yesterday and completed my second work out just now. So far, I am really enjoying it. Knowing that there is a different workout is motivating in and of itself. Lets see how the rest of the month goes.
