I'm at my goal weight and have been maintaining it for some time now, and have been interested in starting the Ignite program. I was wondering if it's all out weight loss or if there was an option where I was able to maintain my weight in a healthier way, as well as lean out.
You look 100% solid! What workouts do you do/like to do that help you keep your body as toned as it is? MOVE! is a great workout btw and I truly enjoy dancing along with you :)
I've already gotten to my goal weight (5'0" @ 115lbs), but I want to tone and lean myself out, as well as get in good, healthy shape in prep for the family I want to have soon. I do not own equipment, so the workouts that use your own bodyweight are great, but there is still a lot of jiggle, and though I'm happy with the crazy amount of sweat dripping off of me, I don't feel like I've worked out (no soreness) the next day. That is, until I step on the scale. I'm loosing weight, but my body doesn't look toned and healthy, it just looks thinner and a little flabby. Any suggestions? Please help.
