I figured that if I'm bored I'll either workout, stretch, or drink some water.
I'm feeling a lot more energetic!!! I am eating healthier and being more active.
Me too! I actually have all the laundry done and house is clean before 9:00 pm.
2nd day of actually eating like I should sooo hopefully with a few workouts here and there I can achieve my goal of 9 months on 9 months off with my weight
I want most of the weight off by September, but I gotta stick to 9 months on 9 months off!
I want to workout as much as possible to get this baby weight off, but I have to take baby steps.
Wow I didn't realize how out of shape I'm in!! I guess having a baby five weeks ago helped out with that, but I am so eager to get back to a healthy weight ASAP!
I'm just starting daily burn, but I use the videos because daily house chores just aren't enough for me. I also like to go for runs.
