I found some Gluten Free, Soy Free, and Dairy free protein bars and snacks. But they have agave nectar in them. Less than 10G of sugar. Would they still be okay since it is less than 10G of sugar (6g per serving).
Does anyone have a good caesar salad dressing recipe that would work on ignite phase 1. Since I can't buy salad dressings I am struggling to find lunch choices. I eat a lot of salads, no dressing will make that difficult.
They really need to give you the complete guide before you start, since you go shopping before you start. I went shopping before I got the complete book and bought 100% fruit juices (no added sugar) and potato chips that have no gluten or sugar (not cooked in soy oil). Now I find out I can't eat/drink them. Money down the drain.
I like to use 1/2 a frozen banana (in place of yogurt) to help thicken my protein shakes. I can't stand a watered down chalky shake. If banana is not allowed, I don't know that I can do this ignite thing 100%. I am already going to struggle. I mean I have to enjoy the food I eat or I will cheat.
You probably wont see results on the scale that quickly. But you probably have gained strength and range of motion and you don't even realize it.
Not sure what the rules are exactly, but I missed the weekend days so I am doubling up today and tomorrow.
I agree, the restrictions make it very hard to shop. Reading the ingredients in foods almost anything premade had atleast some type of sugar, dairy or soy in it. I thought popcorn would be okay too. I am going to try but have a feeling I will be "reigniting" every week.
I do use berries. But they don't really thicken or cover up the chalky taste of protein powder.
Potato Chips are Gluten, Dairy, Soy free. Can't you have them as long as they are not fried in soy oil. Day 1 so just checking.
