I am actually recovering from arthoscopic knee surgery for a meniscus tear. There will be a period of time where you wont really be able to do much right after the surgery but you should be able to get some things done after a couple weeks. Just modify the workouts and only do the things you can do to the degree you can do them. At least you are moving and getting your pulse up. Anything is better than nothing! Good luck!
Hi, are you planning on having surgery? I just had a meniscus tear repaired and I am on the mend from that. I modify the moves in the workouts based on how my knee is feeling. That is how I would approach your situation. Hope that helps! Good luck!
