Hi, I am on day 3 of Ignite. The one thing I can say I truly miss so far is diet soda. I usually eat pretty healthy - besides replacing milk with almond milk, and having the shake in the morning instead of oatmeal, this is the only change in my regular routine so far that I really notice.
My problem is that usually when I am craving a snack, I am able to satisfy it with a diet coke - I normally drink 3-4 a day (I know, it's a lot). Water doesn't work for me because it doesn't taste like anything. I'm hoping Ignite will help me cut it out - but I am anxious because last time I cut out diet soda, I gained 15 pounds from all the extra snacks - even if they're healthy snacks I'm concerned. Anyone else face this issue?
