i started working out 2 weeks ago and went on a diet 1 week ago, i lost 6 lbs within the first 4 days of the diet then gained 4lbs back 2 days later. on the up side i lost 4 inches but my pants still fit the same. its very discouraging but im trying to keep going thats why i joined daily burn. can any one help me understand why i gained the weight back.
thank you. in the past i only got on the scale once a week but i never lost weight and this time i felt like i was loseing and so i just wanted to see and had lost so much i was so happy. i have been trying to lose weight for 2 years with no luck. im still down 2 lbs and i am just having to remind myself of that!
