I would like to do the KB program. I currently run 3x a week 5 miles each. I would like to continue this as well as do the KB workouts on my off days. How should I go about doing so? Should I use Inteliburn and pick these workouts instead of choosing the KB program? Or, is there another program I am missing? Any suggestion would be great! Thank You!
