I usually sweeten my coffee in the morning with a teaspoon of pure honey. Is it alright to continue doing this while on Ignite, or should I nix the honey altogether?
I won't be able to start Ignite until I'm home from college, but I've been skimming through some of the recipes and I've noticed that a few call for tomato sauce. I can't eat tomato sauce or marinara sauce because they make me very sick to my stomach. Are there any Ignite-friendly substitutes our there? (for future reference)
