I see that deli lunch meats are listed under the gluten category of sneaky ingredients to avoid, but that turkey breast is also part of a recipe (turkey/veg/hummus roll-ups) on the site. When (if ever) is deli turkey ok??

If you do not have any of the Fuel products do you need to substitute something else into the recipes that use it? Another powder maybe like almond flour? Or is the Fuel strictly for nutrition/protein purposes?
Bean sprouts are listed under the "Best Veggies to eat" while doing Ignite, but also listed under Sneaky Ingredients for containing soy. What gives? To eat or not to eat, that is the question.
