I am following the CardioSculpt program and I started BHT using 5 lb weights, but now I'm on day 13 and using 7.5 lb weights. I am also now following the advanced options on all the videos. Also in BHT, I started the plank challenge on knees and toes, but now I can do the plank rotations w/ Ken and I wish I could record how many I do each time, instead of how many seconds I hold plank. .. And etc. :) I love the program and appreciate everyone's hard work!
