    I've always been active and in relatively good shape...but my eating habits are TERRIBLE. I'm talking like cheese fries, nachos, pizza...all the bad stuff several times a week. So I really want to complete my healthy exercise regimen with a healthy eating regimen!

    I had the same problem, and it was miserable. It was awful to feel hungry all the time, even though I was eating (what I thought) were really large portions of the meals and going over the calorie "limit". I eventually quit the formal ignite program and started eating whole grains and some dairy again. As soon as I added those back in small doses and went back to "normal" portion sizes, I felt like a million times better. I still avoid the sugars and alcohol though.

    Frankly, I just think going totally cold-turkey on so many things is tough on the body and in hindsight, not that great of an idea. I'm in the camp of mindful eating, eating a variety of foods, minimizing "bad" fats and excess sugars and exercising to lose or maintain weight.

    I'm not sure about IntelliBurn, but the TBT program I am on is the same. Two days of the same video in a row, followed by a recovery video for a day (or two), then the same video two days in a row again. In theory, you spend the first day learning the moves/routine and then the second day you are supposed to focus more on form and getting reps up (at least in TBT). So I would hazard to guess that perhaps it is designed that way on purpose.

    Probably a silly question, but I figure since all I'm doing is using tea leaves to flavor the water, the hot tea I drink should count towards my daily water intake. Right?

    I travel A LOT for work (like, every week, on a plane to another location). Since I obviously can't cook in a hotel room and packing a week's worth of pre-cooked stuff is just totally impractical, I need some good options for restaurant foods. Suggestions?

    Thanks...I'll have to look into the hotel shopper thing! I really despise Chipotle - Mexican and Latin food in general relaly - so I avoid it. Thanks though for the response!!

    I have the same issue...sometimes during yoga and other exercises that involve a lot of quick down-up motions with the upper body I get very light-headed. Water and extra snacks have helped, but its definitely not pleasant!
