I don't have a grocery store near me, so I have to order my food days in advance. How do I get more than just today's suggested meal plan?
I like rice milk. It's good in smoothies. It does have a different consistency than coconut milk though, so be aware that it will act a little differently when cooking or baking with it. You may have to adjust recipes. Definitely worth a try though!
That doesn't help with being able to prepare the day's suggested meals at all.
I can't use the DailyBurn Fuel because I'm allergic to peas. I use Manitoba Harvest Hemp protein powder (you can buy them on Amazon). I have both the chocolate and vanilla flavors, and I like them both. They do have added sugar, but only 6g per serving, so they meet the Ignite rules.
