One of my issues to start is eating breakfast in the morning (I'm a night student) and just eating enough during the day. With the protein shake, it says to put in two scoops into 8 ounces of liquid, but i find myself not being able to finish the rest of the shake, do i have to put in all two scoops or can i just do half of that?
I am trying to experiment with a water jug and just lemons and limes.. its very refreshing
For someone who is new to galley food and even more new to ship life, do you both have any pointers on how to continue this diet on the ship between work, watch and with the galley food they provide?
I have discovered that i have a sweet tooth from Hades, but on the flip side of that, I crave things like mash potatoes. Steak is another one.
I have had enough of trying a new 'diet' and not knowing where to go, how to start it etc resulting in no results. I am doing this to change my lifestyle and invest in my body the right way.
