Trader Joe's sells some really nice pears, in a jar with white grape juice concentrate. I was thinking about adding the pears to my smoothies to add some sweetness. Is this type of Pear okay?
Are any of you fellow Ignite followers posting recipies on Pinterest that are free of the "Evil 6" ... I was thinking about starting a board with such listings...
Bob's Red Mill adds sugars to their Nutritional Yeast, but the bulk section where I shop just says "nutritional yeast" as the ingredient. Does that mean that it's free of the evil six? Can I use it in gluten-free baking? I have seen it in many gluten-free recipes, but I was still uncertain.
The Whole Foods buckwheat package says gluten-free and wheat free. So does that mean it's okay for Ignite?
I have hypothyroid as well. I practice Yoga at least twice a week, using my own routine. I think any type of Yoga will benefit you, as it helps with your overall body health. I know that when I started doing Yoga, I felt great! It was like someone turned on the energy switch in my body. I sleep better, and I am not so anxious. Give Yoga a try! :)
I use the Tahini from Trader Joes. If you look at the label it contains none of the evil six. Also, if you make your own Hummus from scratch, you can choose what you put in it. It should be easy enough to make without the evil six. However, I did notice that my Toasted Sesame oil contained soy oil in it as well, so when I made my Hummus I had to get a new Toasted Sesame oil.
I created one here to, and I will follow all of yours :) Thanks! http://pinterest.com/hollycha...
Me too! I'd love to be able to share my food journal...
Do you mean share the pictures of the meals that you eat and track on Ignite?
On Ignite, is it okay to have the shake later in the day, and eat an egg for breakfast once and a while? I really like that idea! ... I have trouble with cold mornings too!
