You can do it. After my second kid i weighed 196lb and I am 5'6". I have been doing these videos and using these recipes and food guide and am now 151 lb. 6 months later. First thing I did was a liver cleanse. I found a liver detox capsule and took that for 2 weeks to get the toxins out of my system and to help me burn fat. I hope this helps you!
Hi Heather, I too am a new comer. I also have an issue with soda and work hours as well as four children and a husband. I do well when I get off soda, but for whatever reason I keep finding myself on it again. As far a H20 giving heart burn this sounds absurd, but it works, if you put a slice of lemon or even just a smidgen of fresh lemon juice or even essential oil of lemon in the H2O it will elevate that heart burn. Lemon also helps aid in digestion as well as give the immune system a boost :)
I can not tell you what to expect out of this because honestly I feel we will all get out of it what we put into it. As for caffeine withdraws for me the thing that works best is to wait until I have two days in a row off from work. I quit cold turkey because for me the worse day is day 3! That is when I get the massive headache and fatigue and then after day 3 I seem to do okay. Then after about a week I seem to quit wanting it altogether. I have some pretty good flavor H2O receipts if you are interested. They help to stay on track with the H2O intake and have no sugar sodium or caffeine in them. As far as mood swings I find if I will stay OFF sugar and processed foods these are a lot less. I also find the headaches and body pains are less as well. The best thing I can stay is STAY POSITIVE!!
