Hi, I am new to the Daily Burn, and am on Day #3 of workouts, which is a kickboxing one I do believe. My first 2 days have made my quads extremely sore and tight, even with stretching and rolling them out.
I am wanting some trainer advice on whether or not I should go ahead and workout, or if not, what should I replace my workout with?
My husband told me that he believes I haven't truly worked my leg muscles this good in a LONG time since they are so sore. I had been doing Insanity and P90x for so long I think I got WAY too used to it. I am LOVING Daily Burn for having this sort of effect on me even after 2 days! Thanks for the encouragement!
