With the healthier organic food generally costing more money it is difficult to stay on track with very little extra income to spend on food. Does anyone have any tricks or tips to being able to afford the nicer products on a college budget? Are there items that are more important than others to buy organic?
I am on day 12 of Cardio Sculpt and I can feel the workouts getting easier but I have had a 2lb weight gain and I haven't noticed any changes in my body. I know that it is likely that my muscles are retaining water but when can I expect to see some changes? Is this program challenging me enough?
I am doing Cardio Sculpt now but am going to be out of town for 2 days and know that I will not have a chance to fit in workouts. Is there a way to pause my program for those days and pick up where I left off?
