That sounds great.
My main goal is to lose weight while toning my body. Increasing flexibility would be a huge plus as well. So I guess all of the above. :D
I suffer from PCOS as well, and I have a very difficult time losing weight. My high weight was near 200# which doesn't sound too horrid, except the fact I'm only 5'2" Oops.
Anyways, I just wanted to say, it sounds like you have a great plan on the diet. You're making efforts to work out, and there's a strong community here to support you. You can make this happen.
I'm fairly new to the dailyburn, but I'm finding it much more effective than slogging away at the gym on the elliptical and lifting weights.
I weigh myself once a week.
Our bodies fluctuate so much because of water weight/hormones that it was driving me crazy when I would diet and work out very hard and gain 0.2lbs or something over the previous day. It would make me feel like there was no point to all my hard work.
I've also read that weighing yourself frequently helps you catch bad behaviors quicker, but it sounds like you might want to weigh in less frequently so that you're not sabotaging yourself.
Thanks! I was trying to figure out what the heck points were for as well. :D
