Are there specific recipes or brands that fit the profile? (no evil 6)
I started intermediate Cardio Sculpt but find it doesnt have enough cardio and the 1st workout got me soooo sore, I could hardly walk, let alone work out the next few days. I'd highly suggest some alterations, specifically to those who are relatively intermediate but haven't been working out lately and are looking to get back in shape. I find Cardio Sculpt focuses too much on isolated muscle groups vs overall cardio. Seriously, 4 days later and I"m still sore. I know thats bound to happen but this much soreness is unnecessary and even a turn off in my opinion. Looking forward to your feedback and suggestions!
Also eat more protein! You'll be more satisfied and the cravings will go away :)
