The dairy industry would like you to believe that milk is "nature's perfect food" and it is...if you are a baby calf. Why do humans dink the milk that a cow produces to feed her young? It doesn't make sense. However, I am sure that is not Ignite's reasoning. I suspect it is because the protein in cow's milk, called casein, is extremely difficult for our bodies to digest and causes many people to have lactose intolerance, leaky gut and other digestive concerns. Also, there is a higher level of added sugar in most dairy products on the market; particularly with low fat dairy products. Cow's milk tastes good because it is high in fat, however when you remove the fat you remove the flavor, so many dairy products add sugar to make up for the lack of taste.
Go you!! That is so great! I just finished ignite and lost just shy of 10 pounds and I feel amazing!! I am sleeping better, have more energy and just feel lighter and healthier.
I use "ordinary" coconut milk, however if you want to make denser dishes or thicker ice cream go with the Thai milk b/c it has all the fat found from coconut milk.
I don't think the point is to count calories. The point is to eat whole, nutrient dense foods. I didn't count calories and ate until I was content with every meal and snack. If it grew from the ground I ate it and didn't feel bad about it. Nutrient dense foods are low in calories, however they do make you feel fuller quicker than other foods. This may mean that eating only 1000 calories had you feeling full. If you are then keep it up. However, if you are walking around hungry all the time you certainly need to eat more! I lost 3 pounds/week on Ignite and was totally happy with that. (I have a lot of weight to lose though so I know I won't lose it all over night.) Keep it up and good luck!
I finished Ignite yesterday and am down 9.6 pounds in 21 days. I have to admit that I am pretty proud of myself! I have also been sticking with the Cardio Sculpt program too. I just wanted to touch base with others and see how they did!
I agree! I have 6 days left of Ignite. I feel amazing and will continue with the Ignite phase for quite some time. I have found it pretty easy to stick with. I weighed myself on Monday and am down 7 pounds. I hope to hit 10 pounds by the end. *fingers crossed* I am a vegetarian so being on ignite pretty much made me a Vegan...but I do eat eggs...love eggs!

I've been practicing Yoga for years. Many twisting yoga poses release toxins built up in the organs which could be causing you to feel ill during practice. However, it could be to inadequate breathing as well. Just remember inhale and exhale through the nose and coordinate movements with the breath. If you continue to feel ill just return to a comfortable seated position and breathe. Hope it gets better for you1
Agreed! I have focused on avoiding the Evil 6, but eating every time I feel hungry.
That's a shame, because I would looooove to see Strawberry! But not crazy chemicals to make it taste like strawberry though.
