I just started the CardioSculpt program. My first workout was the BHT and I am VERY sore the next day. Is it ok to rest a day or two? How should I modify the workout schedule to compensate for my muscle pain? That said I did not give up on activity completely, I took an hour long walk to try to warm-up/loosen my muscles. However, the pain remained intense and I expect it to remain tomorrow as well. Any suggestions on program modification would be appreciated!
