I've already been through my 21 day ignite program and immediately reignited to do another 3 weeks. I'm afraid to switch to Balance because I don't want to gain my weight back.
For instance, a bar that contains dried fruit and nuts. It may say 17g of sugar but what is the actual added sugar and what is the sugar from the fruit?
I looked again while I was at the store today. I guess it's the ones with chocolate that might have added sugar???
All of the Lara Bars I've found have 15-20 grams of sugar and in the ingredients list cane sugar. Which flavors do you choose that don't have the added sugar? I definitely would love to find a bar to take with me during the day. Thanks!
Congrats and good luck! I'm on day 18 and am so happy with my results. I've increased my energy, my digestion is 100% on track and I've lost 8 pounds. Don't give up, once you get past the first week it's smooth sailing.
My standard...vanilla Fuel, frozen berries, almond butter, spinach and almond milk. Yesterday I swapped berries for frozen cherries - yummo!
