I just logged in to do my workout and found the new changes to the site (which looks fabulous by the way). I went to do my workout and it has the 'preparing workout' showing... and it never loaded. Even left and came back after 15 minutes and wasn't loaded yet. I both refreshed the page and logged out and back in. I changed my workout program. Still not loading. :( I am really looking forward to the 15 min for 15 days program to help me get back in the game. What else can I do to get it to work? Thanks!

I've done that before too, with more than one workout. I look forward to the addition. I would also like to see total calorie burns for the day as sometimes I might like to do a second video (like a stretch). Would also like to have the option to see how much I've burned this week, etc.
I understand it might be difficult, but if you do the addition it would be fabulously awesome. :)

I'm no expert, but I think the side effects you list by being under nourished calorie wise happens when calories are severely restricted. Many people would say that happens when under 1200 calories are consumed. I think those side effects depend on the nutrition of those calories and how severly the calories are restricted. From the information you have given, I think being 200 under your caloric goal of 1800 should not be that detrimental. However, if you feel your body is crying out for more nutrition (you obiously by now have an idea of what those signs might be) by all means, eat more of your nutritious food.
