i'm on the balance phase, and I'm really craving sushi right now!
I feel like I'm loosing too much weight too quickly on Ignite.
I've lost about 6 lbs in five days and I'm afraid of losing too quickly because I don't want to gain it back again, and I'm fearing that it may be water weight.
I have one of those scales that measure bf/water/bone/muscle and I know they are pretty inaccurate, but my water weight hasn't budged and my bf went down by .4% and I lost some muscle. I haven't been working out due to my low energy levels on the 1st week of Ignite, but I will start on monday.
Is this normal and healthy?
If not, what do you use? ( the one I have tastes HORRIBLE!! Raw Meal vanilla flv. found @ the Vitamin Shoppe)
If you do is it worth the price?

Healthy Frosty Shake
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 scoops DB chocolate fuel
2 cups ice
1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
1 banana ( but I hate bananas in my smoothies so i just sub frozen strawberries)
---Tastes so good! thick texture just like a Frosty, and it gets rid of that chalky taste the chocolate daily fuel gives you. I drink it every morning, and it keeps me full for hours.

almond breeze vanilla unsweetend is the bombdotcom! they sell it @ target, walmart etc.It has about 2.5g of fat, but it's not saturated (bad fats) so it's probably polyunsaturated which in moderation, is very good for you.
Try Trader Joe's or another health food store for the coco water in bulk
