I was reading another post that said orders will start to ship on January 7th. Everything ordered prior to that date is a pre-order. I can't find the post I read to confirm that info so I hope I've got it right.
My nutritionist recommended pure Stevia or a very small amount of PURE maple syrup. Some people use agave syrup but she also told me to steer clear of it. You need very little of it either of those to sweeten things up a little. OJ like all other fruit juices does not retain it's fiber when it is processed (meaning what's left is sugar) and it would be better to eat an orange. :)
