Spinach/greens tip! Put the leafy greens that you are using in the blender first with a smaller amount of whatever liquid you are using. Process that for a bit until you get a nice smooth green juice. Then add all other ingredients. This cuts up the greens even better, providing you with even more nutrients!
Awesome, good luck! I'm one week in. dropped 4 pounds and an inch. I would recommend doing the 15 min workout plan on here as well as the kettle ball movement from the book.
