I am running a 5K at the end of this month and was wondering if a cross-trainer shoe would work. I need a new pair for my high intensity Inferno workouts and would rather find a shoe that would work for both instead of having to invest in 2 new pair.

I've been working out HARD the last 3 months, burning between 500-700 calories a day and consuming 1200-1500 calories. I can definately notice how tone my body has become, even my abs but I have a fat pouch on my belly I can't get rid of! I eat a lot of fruits, veggies and lean meats and I weigh 126. Am I not consuming enough calories?

Yes that's exactly what I'm doing, I've been trying to consume more calories the last few days but I feel like I'm forcing myself to eat when I'm not hungry.
