Sometimes I was not able to take a photo of my meal or just forgot to, but I would still like to track the foods I ate. Is there a tool I am missing to add a food without a photo?
Thanks for this idea, I love the dark cherries also. I used almond butter and a spoon of coconut yogurt for extra fun.
I am still in week 1 but I feel great. I intend to post my results follow up when it counts.
