It definitely takes some getting used to, almond milk and soy milk are better alternatives in my opinion. Vanilla Almond Breeze is my "milk" of choice. Also, try making your coffee stronger so you need less and its less watery all together, I find this really helps with flavor and consistency.
Have you ever considered goats milk? Its much easier on the digestive system and has a unique taste that I can't get enough of after making the switch!
