juju answered the Question: Why are you doing Ignite?

I need something to guide me to a better way of eating. I love the foods on ignite, and rarely eat traditionally thought of as ,"bad" foods. but when a sugar or salt craving hit, I just go completely off track. By not allowing myself any of it I am hoping to retrain my brain to not crave these things. I really need to lose 60lbs and if i don't find a way to do it soon I fear I'll be stuck like this for ever.

juju answered the Question: Can we use Truvia during Ignite?

I agree. I bought some Truvia and looked at the ingredients. It has the same chemicals added as Equal or Splenda. The reasoning on the package was that it is so sweet they have to dilute it with chemicals. Sorry that's not good enough. I threw it away.

Thai coconut milk is 140 calories per 1/3 cup, ordinary coconut milk is 45 calories per cup, that's a huge difference. It would be good to know which to use, especially as a lot of the recipes call for 1/3 cup, which implies it's the Thai version.

I accidentally put in that I ate sugar and then kept adding to it, hoping it would round out back to zero, but it doesn't. Now it looks like i ate 32 servings of sugar today.

I would like to add fuel to soups or as a base for sauces, blending cooked veggies with a nuetral or non-sweet flavored fuel would make a great creamy soup, a few chuncks of chicken and you've got cream of chicken soup.

Yes. Weight Watchers has no dietary restrictions, so you are free to eat what ever you like as long as you stay with -in your points range, so you can easily follow both programs, just count your points. However; Ignite is very restrictive, if you want the freedom to eat 15 points of cake a day, Ignite is not the plan for you.
I'm doing ignite and have done WW at least 3 times, I would choose Ignite over WW if it came down to it. It's cheaper and the results are a lot more complex than weight loss. After about a week, you'll feel great, have tons of energy and find your cravings for, whatever you crave that you shouldn't, have diminished significantly. And, you don't have to count ANYTHING. No calories and no points. It's only $5 a month more than just getting the workouts, how much is WW?

juju asked the Question: Weekly meal planner

I just started ignite and I'm trying to find a weekly meal plan, is there one I can print out? I know it gives daily suggestions, but it's hard to plan in advance if you don't know what the meal plan is until the day you are supposed to eat it. I'm too new at this is go it alone.

juju answered the Question: Can you do the ignite program without the shakes?

I did my first week without the shakes, I had a hard boiled egg or some chicken before my work out and an omelet cooked in olive oil , (sans cheese), or grapes and raw nuts, for breakfast. It might not have been nutritionally equivelant, but it did the trick. I bought the shakes, begrudgingly, I must admit, they are really good, and with shipping work out to be $2.60 per shake. However: I will eat something else in the mornings if I don't want a shake, as long as it's , "safe" I am ok with it.
