I know that Cardio Sculpt is 3 months 6 days a week, but I can't find anywhere that says how long the workouts take.
You've probably got rid of it by now, but if it's hanging around your pantry like all the ones I've bought in the past, I have a thought. Did you mix it with fruit? I hate the shakes by themselves, not just DB, all of them. One in particular made my actually throw up it was so bad. I, much to my chagrin, there is no argument it's expensive, bought the vanilla DB shake. I put 2 scoops of it in the blender with a handful of frozen pineapple and a handful of frozen mango, 1C of coconut water and 1/2 cup of water. It was really good. I was shocked that I could even stomach it, let alone like it. So perhaps if you try mixing it with different fruits you 'll be able to make it palatable. Good Luck

I am on my last day of DB15, what happens now? do i pick a new program, or does the system advise me what to do next?

I have fibromyalgia and can't do the table tops and have to do planks on my elbows rather than my wrists. As a substitute for table tops I rest my weight on my shoulders rather than on my arms. Try this: Lie down on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor, now lift your body to create a triangle rather than a table top, which is a square. It's not perfect, but it's better than nothing. Good luck.
