I use fuel everyday and LOVE IT- but HATE the commercial that plays after every workout.
Hey- is there a way to add a feature that you can search videos based on the equipment needed? Sometimes I want to use a medicine ball- but its difficult to go through all the workouts until you find one that uses that type of equipment. Or when I am traveling- it would be nice to search workouts with no equipment needed. Thanks! You all are awesome!
Currently with Ignite and the work out videos I am 13 pounds down. I can definitely tell more definition in my arms. I started with Inferno- it is REALLY hard! I have been a gym rat for the past 2 years- and wanted to do something different- Inferno KICKED my butt! I like to switch it up a bit with Cardio Burn and Kettlebells. You can definitely lose weight and get fit on their programs! I wish I discovered it sooner!
Yes- I switched from Intelliburn to TBT and am seeing GREAT results. Although- if you are still in the Intelliburn program click on the Magnifying Glass under "Explore" and it will give you about 5 other workout options.
I use Silk Almond Milk... I used to use Almond Breeze (Blue Diamond) but it has GMO's in it- So I switched to Silk Pure Almond Unsweetened Vanilla- it is GREAT! I love it. I even use it to cook with and make DailyBurn Fuel cupcakes.. delicious!
Yeah! I agree.... the marketing on the "Truvia" box is really misleading I think... is it plant based or not? I have stopped using it too- but have a few boxes left from a Buy one get one free sale
Have you tried Almond Milk? It actually has more calcium than regular dairy milk and way less calories....
You would be amazed at how fast the calories add up. Make sure you are measuring out your portions. My fitnesspal is pretty good for tracking calories for free but I actually just started with the Bodymedia fit band- it is amazing at counting how many calories I am burning. I was exercising alot and still not losing any weight- I started tracking my calorie intake versus my calorie burn and I was actually not eating enough to lose weight. This article actually really helped me understand it better http://www.coachcalorie.com/n... . You have to eat in order for your body to be fueled to recover and to lose weight- especially when you are exercising. Just make sure the food you are eating is GOOD food. Hope that helps and good luck with your weight loss journey! :-)
I have body fat calipers- i do not use the scales that "measure" body fat- because I find them inaccurate. You can get the calipers on Amazon.com. I also measure myself. I have always found more encouragement by the measurements/body fat calculation than the actual scale. I have always been really muscular- which doesn't really look great on the scale.
Did you check you body fat percentage before you started? Sometimes the scale doesn't tell the whole picture. I am on day 14 of ignite- it seems my skin is glowing- its much less oily and I can tel a difference in tone and definition. My body fat percentage is down. Weight is not the only way of measuring health. Congrats on making it this far! I know its not easy!
An apple with almond butter is delicious! I always have chicken on hand too... I have been on Ignite and eating when I feel hungry (which is a lot since I have been working out a lot) and am losing weight.
