I've been doing Infernoe for 3 months...it's so fun, and challenging! I just Anja's Cardio Sports Drills, and I would suggest trying that as a great intro to the tougher stuff. She also has an Inferno class in the DB15 section...try that before going all out with the longer classes! You'll really like her classes! Good luck!
More options for "Hard" category workouts...without using lots of equipment such as boxes, balls, etc (I'm just being selfish and saying that because I don't own those items yet :). Maybe some more mainstream/lively types of music would be great too. Thanks!
I'm not doing Ignite, but I've been doing Inferno and other high intensity workouts for 3 solid months, around 4 days per week. My weight on the scale has gone up, but my clothes fit a little better (I eat the same ways, mostly healthy but I love my evening glass of wine and carbs too :). I just stay focused on how I feel and if my clothes are getting tighter in the "wrong ways". Don't get discouraged...I'm sure you're doing great. I'm a big believer in everything in moderation...I don't always like to follow "meal plans". Good luck!
