I signed up for Daily Burn on 3/24 but didn't start until 4/1. Any way to add those 8 days to my program?
Also, what happens when I am done with my program? Do I have to start another or can I just do random videos?
I just finished my 4th BHT workout and I couldn't hold my plank as long as the first time. I also feel weaker and my muscles were more sore. It was a struggle to finish some of the circuits. Is this normal?
I work out in my living room at home that has carpet. Is it OK if I work out in my socks or bare feet.?
I have done 7 workouts so far and I am starting to feel better (I started april 1) When should I expect to SEE changes. ?
I am on day 45 of the w/o and I get discouraged too. I feel better and when I look down at my body I think it looks good, but my clothes are not quite looser and when I look in the mirror I don't see the person I feel I am. I DO NOT weigh myself until the end of the month. Month 1 I lost 5 lbs. Weighing myself on a consistent basis only get me down. I also do not follow a daily burn diet. I have however cut back greatly on the sugar and fat I used to eat. I am also drinking a lot more water. Sorry for the long answer.
I'm sorry to say there isn't a way to add 8 days to your existing trial. As for your inquiry about whats next after your selected workout program ends ('Cardio Sculpt'), you can check out 'Total Cardio' by going here: http://dailyburn.com/programs and selecting it from the program list.
