I was just told that I have a degenerative meniscus. Basically I have the knee of a 60 year old and I am only 23. What program would be best for me?
Is it better to work out in the morning or at night?
Im in Germany and usually on the weekends we go exploring/ hiking/ camping. And I cant do the work outs when I am not at home. I want to start the inferno workout but I want to know if it will allow me to start where I left off or will I have to restart the program again?
