Congrats on the wedding!!! That's super exciting! I would suggest along with your dancing that you add some inferno and TBT! All of those will give you awesome results!
I would say to start your day off with Daily Burn fuel to get your body some nutrition and energy without that heavy feeling in your stomach. It's filling yet light. I love to have a protein shake before or after my workouts. Also make sure to hydrate yourself through out your workout so your body can perform at it's best!!!
Make sure that you are drinking enough water. Also try a banana, the potassium helps with muscle cramps as well :-)

I REALLY enjoy the shakes. I have 2 everyday. My favorite is the vanilla because it's so versatile but I love the chocolate flavored one as well. Check out the recipes on here for some yummy shakes. It's more like a treat than a typical protein shake but still super healthy for you!
I love both! But I like the vanilla because you can pretty much mix it with anything and it taste great!

I eat about 5 to 6 small healthy meals a day and continue to stay active. It definitely helps to feed the body so that you have energy to help you drop those calories. I also stay away from the scale. I just dance, eat healthy and continue to transform my body into something I feel good about. :-) P.S. Glad you joined me on the dance floor. Keep coming back. Stay consistent and you should see and feel awesome results!
