Congrats on the wedding!!! That's super exciting! I would suggest along with your dancing that you add some inferno and TBT! All of those will give you awesome results!
I would say to start your day off with Daily Burn fuel to get your body some nutrition and energy without that heavy feeling in your stomach. It's filling yet light. I love to have a protein shake before or after my workouts. Also make sure to hydrate yourself through out your workout so your body can perform at it's best!!!
It is a one month series! I would advise doing them all in order of the calendar for best results! Good luck and have fun!!! See u on the dance floor

Calories burned is an important factor. My advice is to maybe mix it up between MOVE and Inferno so you have the best of both worlds! :-)

I agree with the answers about healthy nutrition! It is KEY! Most of the battle is in the way we eat. The weight loss starts in the kitchen! Making sure they have a healthy alternative to the snacks they might be eating now will help with weight loss. Also, doing activities that they love to do will keep them motivated while staying active!
I would advise you to just replace your carbs and sweets with a healthy snack for example instead of chips, have veggies or instead of candy replace it with an apple or a fruit that you like! I do it all the time. lol.. I always want chocolate so instead of getting a choclate bar, I drink dk chocolate almond milk because it's a much healthier alternative! :-) Hope this helps!

Hello Rita! Take your time with the moves. You don't have to go as fast as I do. The more you do the steps, the better and more comfy you'll get with them. Long as you keep your body MOVING, it's a great workout! Don't give up, you'll get there!!! I'll definitely keep that in mind for the next set of videos!
Make sure that you are drinking enough water. Also try a banana, the potassium helps with muscle cramps as well :-)
