I'm 18 and my doctor told me to loose 50 pounds. I have worked out for years but big jeans run in my family. I am trying to be healthy, and I am just wondering how much you guys lost during the ignite phase. I have been on it for 5 days now and have lost 3 pounds. Is that normal, fast, or slow?

I like to workout at 7 or 8 because by then I have finished for the day and my food has digested, but I still have time to take a shower and cool down before I go to bed at 10-11.
I like using quinoa as a substitute. I'm right with you, I looove my carbs!
