I haven't received points for my workouts the last two days, nor for completing last weeks nutrition challenge. Has anyone else had trouble? Just curious b/c it is motivating to watch those points add up.
For example, what if I want a yoga workout? Is there a way to view all yoga routines available? Or just upper body routines, etc?
I am new to this and don't see anywhere that it suggests which workouts to do which days? So far, when I log in it is just popping open a workout that I should do. I know I shouldn't lift multiple days in a row and it doesn't seem to take that into account. Suggestions?
I agree that in order to keep any good form at all it is nearly impossible to complete that amount in 1 minute.
The workout challenges are inbedded in the different workouts.
