I agree that this would be a good feature to add under the "Community" section.
Whenever it brings up your workout for the day, there is an orange square on the upper right of the workout that has a magnifying glass. You can also click on that to enter the discover area.
I have always heard that the core is just like any other muscle group and it needs time to heal, repair, recover and build just like any others. However, if you feel your first one was too easy, then I would go for it.
Remember though that if it is overall weight loss that you are going for then a good cardio workout would be a great supplement to the ab workout you did.

For example, what if I want a yoga workout? Is there a way to view all yoga routines available? Or just upper body routines, etc?

I am new to this and don't see anywhere that it suggests which workouts to do which days? So far, when I log in it is just popping open a workout that I should do. I know I shouldn't lift multiple days in a row and it doesn't seem to take that into account. Suggestions?
