If you're feeling up for the challenge I'd go for the Inferno 21 day program. You'll burn a ton of calories both during and for hours after the workout, plus you'll increase your strength and muscle mass, which equals a faster metabolism. You can always add extra yoga/mobility sessions in through the discover option. Give it a try for at least 21 days. Sometimes we jump from one thing to the next before we give a program a solid chance.
Stevia is great, but you only need a small amount otherwise it becomes bitter. I use stevia from Trader Joe's and carry packets in my purse for tea/coffee when I'm out. I use it for baking too!
